Auto Refresh
 

I currently use a spreadsheet which keeps statistical information but is
displayed on a computer and monitor away from mine. It is in read only format
on the second computer/monitor. Is there a way to automatically refresh the
second monitor without me having to physically go over to it and hit the
refresh button. It is being used as a live scoreboard type spreadsheet so it
needs to be constantly refreshed. Or is there a better way to set this up?
