displaying an excel-linked jpg in picture and fax viewer
 

I am using excel 2003 and have successfully used it to link to jpg pictures
in the past. I display them in windows picture and fax viewer, which is how
my default folder options are set up. recently, however, any jpg linked from
excel displays in photo editor (on one machine), or in IE (on another
machine). The same jpg displayed from its actual location displays properly
in both cases. Any idea how to get excel to comply with the computer settings
and use picture and fax viewer. And how is that controlled? For example, I
use Cd's to distribute this info to others.
