I am not able to find it anywhere to download. Do I need to call MS
or something?

The item that you're looking for is for the Knowledge Base article #938538?

The following URL will take you to the KB article that provides information
regarding the Hot Fix for Excel 2007, the problem concerning graphics not
displaying (or something along those lines)

And when you get there read it carefully, especially the bit
about waiting for the service pack. I know nothing of this
one but I have been bitten before in similar circumstances.

Where is HotFix KB938538?
 
The KB article tells you to contact Microsoft. Call the toll-free number,
tell them you want the hotfix, and they will email you a link for
downloading it. As Kevin says, though, they may be pushing the SP1, which
includes this and many other hotfixes.
