Not Required to pick from list
Is there a way to make a cell be a drop down list, but also have the user
enter anything they want in the cell. So they can either choose from the list or enter a value not in the list. Thanks, Sarah |
Not Required to pick from list
I assume you are using data|validation to get the drop down list. One of the
tabs of the validation wizard (used to create the validation) is Error Alert. There is a check box on this tab "Show error alert when invalid data is entered".
