Edit Delete Cell missing

The Edit Delete is missing from my menu so I can't delete the cell and shift
left. Delete column and delete row are present. The menu is fully extended. I
can't find anything in the Options controlling this.

Couple of ways to deal with this.

1. ToolsCustomizeToolbars.

Scroll down and select Worksheet Menu Bar and "Reset"

2. ToolsCustomizeCommands.

Scroll down to Built in Menus and drag the Edit menu to the Menu Bar.

Drag the mal-functioning Edit menu off the Menu Bar
