Excel warning[_2_]

"fixed objects will move" warning

When filtering I get "fixed objects will move" warning in excel 2003. It
locks up my sheet. What is it, why is it & how do I get rid of it. I click OK
or X & noting happens- it just locks up.
I cannot delete any of the comment boxes on the sheet as was suggested by
someone in 2004. Any other help out there?
