In Col D:D I have 4 numerals, sometimes by mistake somebody has type in a 5 numeral figure please what would the search criteria be to find the 5 numerals only. Thankyou. |

Steve Select Column D, click Data, Filter, Auto Filter Then click the drop down box and click custom In the left drop down box click is greater than, in right colum write 9999 and press enter Records having more than 4 digits will be shown on screen when finished, click Data, Filter, Auto Filter again Aqib Rizvi |

you can use auto filter custom to display numbers 9999
