same file, new computer, will not open
 

My hard drive recently crashed. I put it in another computer and
recovered my excel files. I try to open them, but it says cannot
access, file may be read only, or in a read only location. The
attributes say it is not read only. I have Excel 2000, btw. Can anyone
help?
