how can i resize a section of a column?
Hi!
I'm trying to create a balance sheet for bills. I want to resize a section of a column to the words in side the row but keep the rest of the row the same size. I'm not inputting charts. I just simply want to change a section of a row a without affecting the rest of it. |

two ways:
Type into a cell "This is a test" <<w/o the quotes AND before pressing the enter key hold down the Alt key at the same time you press the enter key. Then continue to type "of a single wide" << again hold down the Alt key while you press the enter key. You can continue to do this until you are complete (the last character), wheb that occurs ONLY press the enter key. Done OR Click in the cell, go to the menu, Format, Cells, Alignment Tab and check the box Wrap text, OK. HTH Jim May "By Ally" wrote: Hi! I'm trying to create a balance sheet for bills.
