Custom Number Format
Hi. i have made my own custom number format which does not exist in
excel(under Ctrl+1). however whenever i close excel the customisation is lost. is there anyway to prevent this from happening. |
Custom Number Format
The custom formats are stored with the workbook. So if you have a workbook
First.xls that contains custom formats, they will be there when you close and re-open. If you open a fresh new workbook, they will not be there. If you want to re-use them, put them in a template. -- Gary's Student - gsnu2007 "tc" wrote: Hi. i have made my own custom number format which does not exist in excel(under Ctrl+1). however whenever i close excel the customisation is lost. is there anyway to prevent this from happening. |
