Saving words in excel so I can type them in and they pop up
 

I type a lot of part numbers into excel. Is there a way for me to enter all
the part numbers I use in excel and whenever I type the beginning few numbers
or letters of a specific part number possible matches pop up? Does this make
any sense? I dont know what this is called. Please help, it would save me
tons of time

The closest you can come to something like that is to use Data Validation.
In your case, you would put the same Data Validation into each cell in which
you want to place a part number. When you select any one of these cells,
you will get a down arrow to the right of the cell. Clicking on this down
arrow produces a display of all the part numbers that you have. Clicking on
one of the part numbers would place that part number into that one cell.

You can also, in a list of column, press ALT+Down Arrow to list all the
entries above and can easily select one instead of typing the same again.
