Excel 2002 : How to extract data from columns ?
Dear Sir,
I have the following table: A B C D E F 1 Area Code Jan-07 Feb-07 Mar-07 Apr-07 Discount % 2 JUMb541 20% 20% 3 JOHB001 35% 35% 4 JOHM002 35% 35% 35% 35% 35% 5 JOHP003 35% 35% 35% 6 JOHS001 35% 35% 35% 35% 35% 7 JOHT002 35% 35% 35% 35% 35% 8 KEDA001 35% 35% 35% 9 KLGK001 50% 50% 10 KLGK002 50% 50% 11 KLGK004 50% 50% 12 KLGK005 50% 50% The discount % for each area in each month is the same I wish to pick up in column F from any one in column B, C, D, E as illustrated.
