My boss is having problems printing excel documents from a particular user
and the issue is, the page setup changes from whatever paper size to postcard
SEF, so he has to change the setup whenever he tries to print and normally,
you dont have to do this. Seems like his default paper size goes to postcard
SEF.

In my case, I dont have any problems printing the same documents from the
same user, we call use MS Office 2003 sp2

we all got the same settings, same printer drivers and I even change the
user's computer and he is getting the same issues with excel and it only
happens when he sends them to my Boss.

Pls help

What does your boss have set up as the default printer and paper on his
computer?

we all got the same default printer which is a xerox creo pro 3535, as for
the paper, how can u be able to see that on excel? or how can u set up the
paper size on excel? i cant see on the options menu.

No, the printer defaults, Start, Setting, Printer and Faxes, the
printer, File, Printing Preferences.
