How to change action of double-click left mouse button?

When a cell has a formula AND a comment and you double click it opens the
comment box. How do you change it go to the precedent?

Strange... on my system (WINXP, Excel 2002), left double click always leaves
me cell edit mode, even if there is a comment attached to the cell.

What is your configuration??
