I have Excel 2003.
How can I automatically reduce the number of decimals to only 2 digits not just in the view part but rather permanetely. example 2.48469047619048 should become 2.49 |

How can I automatically reduce the number of decimals to only 2 digits not just in the view part but rather permanetely. example 2.48469047619048 should become 2.49 I'm not sure exactly why you're asking, but maybe it'll meet the need to use: Tools Options Calculation And check "Precision as displayed." For details, see Excel's built-in Help under "About calculation in workbooks" for "Precision of calculation." |
