How can you "save as" in excel 2007 (and word 2007)?

Figured out I can use the F12 key as a work around, but would love to know
how to add it to quick access toolbar or find it on another toolbar.

Click on the round Office button Next to the Home tab

You can right click on the menu item and add it to the QAT If you want

Dude, you're a genius. I was looking everywhere and never in a million years
would have thought to look there. That button looks like decoration. Now I
just wonder why that one command was the one they decided to bury instead of
letting you add it like all the other buttons. Thanks again for the assist.
