Hi
I have a very simple pivot table which sums the amount of money spent on rail warrants. So the row fields are the persons name and code, and the data item is the amount. However, i want to be able to filter out all the names which have a zero amount in the data item. The zero amount is actually a '0' rather than just blank. Can i do this? Surely i can - the pivot's are so good at everything else! Otherwise i am filtering the data in the original table and creating a new table, and then pivoting on the new table. It would be easier if i could do it all from the original table. Thanks Beccy |
