Apparently, you're seeing Excel's AutoCorrect feature in action.
You could try using Tools AutoCorrect options and clearing the checkbox that says "Replace text as you type." If it's just a one-time thing and the above advice is over-kill, here's an alternative: As soon as AutoCorrect changes "Withe" to "With" hit control-Z |
