Group sort
Can you restate your question? I am unclear about what it is you are trying
to accomplish. I would like to help, if I can. wam "James" wrote: Is there a function in Excel 2003 that will allow a group sort? eg: A B C USA Kentucky 2000 Utah 4000 3000 Where in the second row USA and in the third USA and Utah do not show dued group sort. Thanks for the help. -- J.M. |
Group sort
In the example I gave column A showed before the "group sort" USA for each
row; column B showed Kentucky, Utah and Utah for rows 1,2,3. The example shows the results of a group sort where there in a unique value for each column and repeats of that value are not shown. I can sort and then manually delete the dups but the worksheet is very large. Also, my use of the word 'function' might not be applicable. -- J.M. "wamiller36" wrote: Can you restate your question?
