Group sort

Is there a function in Excel 2003 that will allow a group sort? eg:
A B C
USA Kentucky 2000
Utah 4000
3000
Where in the second row USA and in the third USA and Utah do not show dued
group sort.
Thanks for the help.

Can you restate your question? I am unclear about what it is you are trying
to accomplish. I would like to help, if I can.

Group sort

In the example I gave column A showed before the "group sort" USA for each
row; column B showed Kentucky, Utah and Utah for rows 1,2,3. The example
shows the results of a group sort where there in a unique value for each
column and repeats of that value are not shown. I can sort and then manually
delete the dups but the worksheet is very large. Also, my use of the word
'function' might not be applicable.
