changing page numbers in repeated header
 

I have rows that I repeat on many pages. In this report header is the line
"Page 1 of 3". Is there a way to have this automatically update? Therefore
on page 2 it would say "Page 2 of 3". I can not use the header/footer
function as I have to name many different columns.
