Hi Mark

You cannot.
You can create something for yourself, buy on of the addins commercially
available, or use the free add in from Shah Shailesh
http://in.geocities.com/shahshaileshs/addins.htm

When you install this addin, you will see the classic menu as soon as you
click on the Add-Ins tab.
