text effect on excel
 

I want to make text effect on excel. For a example if I put some figure or
symbol into a cell, I want it to blink/shimmer or sparkle as in the case of
MS word. Can anybody help me?

You cannot apply any text effect on cell(s) like Microsoft Word.
