excel only prints upper half of characters
Please include the question in the posting, the subject
should summarize the question not replace it. If at the very top of the page (not in a cell), you did not provide sufficient margin at the top. Probably more a problem with PostScript printers. If in a cell, the height of the cell is not sufficient for the content. You may adjust the height by dragging the line between the row numbers downward to increase the height. Note cells affected by such manual adjustments will no longer have automatic height adjustments. There is also the align text to top|center|bottom of a cell in Format, Cells, Alignment (in Excel 2007 use Ctrl+1 (one), then choose Alignment tab). Which could switch where you\have the problem. -- HTH, David McRitchie, Microsoft MVP -- Excel My Excel Pages: http://www.mvps.org/dmcritchie/excel/excel.htm "whitecollar" wrote ...
