Where is advanced search option?

I have upgraded from Office 2000 to Office 2004.
I have many Excel documents and need to search within them all for peoples
names.
It used to be under Open-Advanced Search .. you then had the option to
select the word and the dates that this could appear on your mac. But it is
not there anymore.

Any help very very much appreciated.
