Excel Saves Once only
 

I have one user using a standard file (Excel 2003) that they can make changes
then save, but if they then make further changes it will not save under that
or any other file name, any idea's why?

What error message do they get when they try Save or Save As? What happens
if other users open that file (saved by the problem user) and try multiple
saves?

They just get 'File not saved' , i got them to send me the file after their
first save and I can update and save without problem more than once!
