Default trouble with excel

I am using a trial version of excel 2007 in 2 computers. Both are brand new
Dell. In one (the Desktop) everything is OK, but in the notebook at the
moment of closing the document in what I am working, or going out of excel
always the program find a problem and become unresponsive so the system close
it.
How can it be fixed?

hi,

If you don't have problems closing excel after booting the PC in safemode in
safe mode. It maybe a third party service or applicaction.

run msconfig
select services
hide all Microsoft services
disable all the third party services left
and boot PC

afterwards you could enable the third party services one by one to find the
one with the problem
