Default vba

i just wanted to no by entering this into a cell "C3", the following

=IF(B3<=0,"B3 must be integer greater than zero",(A3^B3)/FACT(B3))

FACT (B3) will give you the Factorial of the value in B3.

is this a VBA programme or do i need to write in visual basic for it
to be a vba programme?

just wanted to know?
