Creating shortcuts for a database between two pages
Hi!
I'm not a pro at Excel, but I know this can be done (I had someone create something similar at work a couple years ago). I want to create a document for weight management. I have all the food items on a second spreadsheet with information such as protein, carbs, calories... I want the first spreadsheet to be a daily menu in which I could type in a code and the information on that product would appear and automatically calculate my daily totals.... Can this be done? |

Sounds like your request can be done. It is just so vague that nobody can
really answer the question. A simple formulas will probably meet your requirements, but it could be more complicated and require a macro. Can't tell from the limited information.
