Junk Characters in Excel Documents
I have problem in Excel files which i recoverd from the Formatted Hard disk
specially the 2048 kb size has junk character |
Junk Characters in Excel Documents
Easy to do using Find manually.
1. Select the cell containing the junk character. 2. In the formula bar, select the junk character (it may look different in the formula, but you can tell by its position) 3. With the junk character selected, press Ctrl-c 4. Press Esc to exit edit mode 5. Press Ctrl-h to show Find and Replace 6. Put the cursor in the Find What box and press Ctrl-v 7. Leave the Replace with box empty 8. If you don't see options Match Case and Match Entire Cell Contents, click Options to show them. Make sure neither one is checked. 9. Click Replace All 10.
