Sage excel reporting
 

I have an excel link to an accounting package Sage. Each month I download a
list of accounts by department and it is linked in to the other spreadsheets
for department reporting. Unfortunately if the download list has a new
account (effectively a new row) then the links are all wrong because in the
other spreadheets the link is to a row that has now moved down by one so it
links to the row above instead.

I'm sure it's a simple problem to resolve but I can't find any solution
appreciate any thoughts
