DIfference between Print Preview and what is actually printed
 

Sometimes the formatting of the documents I print is different than what my
Print Preview shows. Why? How do I fix it?

Since Print Preview gives you no choices, you can't.

There is no Print Preview selection, there's no shrink to
fit to page.

The best that you can do is to set up your print as you want it
but it's not going to be exactly the same.

Fix your last cell positions such as
Why do my scrollbars go to row 500 -- my data ends in cell E50?

Okay, there is a print preview. Its at the top left of the screen under the
Office logo. Print Preview is the third option down under the "Print" option.

While it is true, that some of the options have been removed, they are all
there under page set-up off of the ribbon.

However, be carefull because all most all of the printer's features are
controlled by the printer's driver and while it is true that the driver does
interact with the Excell application at the GDI level you may still not get
exactly what you are expecting. For example if the Font drawing algothrim in
the driver is different that what the screen driver is using, the fonts on
the printed page could look significantly different than what is on the
screen.
