If you want to ask a question, please do so in the body of the message, not
just in the subject line. Blank messages will often be rejected or ignored. Use whatever format you would otherwise have used, & modify it by using
brackets instead of the minus sign in the format statement, for example: # ##0.00;(# ##0.00) -- David Biddulph "Rachel" wrote in message ... Thank You. You really want spaces for the thousands separator?
For me (with my USA dot decimal point): format|Cells|number tab|custom category ### ### ##0.00;(### ### ##0.00);0;@ positive;negative;0;text I would think that you'd have to replace the dots with commas in that string: ### ### ##0,00;(### ### ##0,00);0;@ Rachel wrote: Thank You.
