Why does it take longer time for re-calculation?
Does anyone have any idea on why it take longer time for re-calculation?
I get a table with formula for 54 columns x 4000 rows within 1 file, which takes a very long time for re-calculation. However, if I split this table into 3 files, which include formula for 18 columns x 4000 rows, then the periods for re-calculation is shorter than the file [54 x 4000] including the time for opening and closing files. Does anyone know why the file with table [54 x 4000] takes longer than 3 files with table [18 x 4000] for re-calculation? Does anyone have any suggestions? Thanks in advance for any suggestions Eric |
