Template will not automatically refresh data
 

A person at our company has a template she uses that will import data from a
SQL database. She did not create this and has no idea how to recreate it so
that is not an option. When she opens it now it shows old data and does not
prompt her to refresh the data anymore. I cannot go into edit the query, it
just sits there. How can I get the option back to automatically refresh the
data?
