Date in header that is not the current date
 

How do you insert a date other than the current date in a header on various
worksheets in a workbook?
For example, today'sa date is '16 August 2007', How do I ensure the header
for each worksheet shows the date '31 July 2007' and then change this on a
monthly basis?
