Hi,
When printing a document an statement in Excel that it takes more than page.
The second page contains all the headed information of the first page. Is
there any way to print out only the data without the initial headed
information eg address of the client
Thanks,jose

Try one of these ideas (the first is the quickest / easiest):

1) go to File - Page Setup and select Fit to 1 page wide x 1 page
tall
2) go to View - Page Break Preview and see where your page breaks
line up. If necessary, drag and drop them where you want
3) go to View - Header / Footer and delete the header / footer
information (if any)
