Center on colon

I have a table of times in the format "Time, 13:30" using Arial font. For
asthetics, I decided to center the time in the cells. This results in the
colons being out of line. Is there a way to center the cell on the colon?
Similar to the "decimal tab stop" in Word that aligns columns to the decimal
point.

Thanks Don,

That works; but adds a 0 padding on the left.
