Zipping my Excel Files and maintain the folder structure
 

How can I zip my Excel files that I have in monthly folders - the 2006 folder
contains the subfolders for Jan to Dec - and I would like to just zip the
2006 folder without having to zip each individual month. When I zip the
entire 2006 folder, all files appear individually rather than in the folder
that they belong to. Any suggestions are greatly appreciated.

No offense but I don't think that this has got anything to do with Excel.
This works for me, create an empty zip file first, drag the folder unto the
zip file icon

do you get a screen that has a check box for Keep Subfolders?
