Zipping my Excel Files and maintain the folder structure
How can I zip my Excel files that I have in monthly folders - the 2006 folder
contains the subfolders for Jan to Dec - and I would like to just zip the 2006 folder without having to zip each individual month. When I zip the entire 2006 folder, all files appear individually rather than in the folder that they belong to. Any suggestions are greatly appreciated. Thanks so much |

No offense but I don't think that this has got anything to do with Excel.
This works for me, create an empty zip file first, drag the folder unto the zip file icon -- Regards, Peo Sjoblom "Sabine" wrote in message ...
