how to review different scenarios in one screen
 

I need to set up three different scenarios with same columns and rows for
Low, Middle, High analysis. What's the smartest way for data input? Three
different files, or in same tab with three different line to indicate L, M, H?

Hi Holly,

Do you already have the Lows, middles and highs, or are you dependent on
Excel to determine these based on the range of values for each column or row?
Also, is this for reporting/charting purposes, or are you looking for a
cell/cells to return the low/mid/high analysis based on the data entered?

I am going to let salesmen input their aggresive budget as high, moderate as
middle, conservative as low, but not all the lines will have three scenarios,
only the big volume customers and skus.

Then I will pick up the mix from these three scenarios into one budget,
which will have the mix of H/M/L, the goal is to review the total sales based
on different mix of three different scenarios. Not just how much is toal
sales of low, or M or H.

Hi,

The "Scenario Summary" sheet is added to the workbook when you define three
scenarios for same cell. Therefore, it is recommended that you have them in
same tab.

I am new to scenarios. I have the data below, how to set up the scenario so
it will get me the total sales $ from 3 different scenarios with misc sales
$? Thanks.
