Extracting non-repeating data
If you want extract Unique data from ur data list, Select data list and go
Data-Filter-Advance Filter. You will get one dialogbox, Select 'Copy to another location', select proper range in List range column, and select copy to column and activate "Unique records only" then Click OK please do rate.
