Consistent print settings across multiple sheets
How do I get my print settings to apply across all the sheets in my workbook?
The settings I'm interested in are margins, scaling, and centering. From other posts I've read it appears that selecting all the sheets as a group should cause the print settings to be the same in all the sheets but this doesn't happen for me. When I change the settings in the first sheet none of the setting for later sheets change to match the first sheet. |

The only print settings you can't set on Grouped sheets is the print range and
rows to repeat at top and columns to repeat at left. All other settings should be applied. Try again. After trying again in many different ways and getting the same result I have
solved my problem. I was changing the print settings from the Page Setup window from within the Print Preview window, which only changes the page showing in the preview. If I group the sheets and then change the settings from the Page Setup window under the File menu, then the changes apply to all the grouped pages. I just have to remember that if I go to the Preview from there I have to get back out of that to the main Page Setup window for the changes to aplly to all pages. Thanks for the feedback.
I neglected to mention that part about being in PrintPreview. Actually didn't even think about it because I rarely make changes while in that mode. Glad you got sorted out.
