Hi,

Do the following:

1. On the Tools menu, click Options.
The Options dialog box is displayed.
2. Click the General tab.
3. Select R1C1 reference style check box under Settings
4. Click OK to return to the worksheet. You will notice that the column
header has changed to 123 and so on.
