Send date information from two cells to Outlook Calendar
 

I have a spreadsheet for calculating annual leave. What I'd like to do is
have a scprit or something run that sends the information from the date to
and from fields to the Outlook Calendar as an appointment when a manager
authorises leave. The authorisation process is simply a case of putting
initials in a cell. Does anyone know if this can be done?
