Default How do I use Conditional Formatting to change pos No to a Neg No

I am trying to create a conditional format to change a positive number to a
negative number if a specific condition exists. ie.
=if(C5="Expense"or"Reimbursement", change C7 to negative
Not sure how to finish it. Anyone.
