show plus sign in grid
 

I want to enter a column of numbers, some positive and some negative numbers,
I want the positive number appear with the "+" sign. For Instance

$1.94
+0.25
-0.56

I can make the "-" show, but I don't know how to make the "+" show.

you can enter ' before the + to make it show:

'+0.25

But then it won't do the calculations. I want them to add up at the bottom.

Just use a custom format (click formatcellsnumber and select custom) for
all the cells like

+0.00;-0.00;0.00

or if you are using US currency

+$#,##0.00;-$#,##0.00;$#,##0.00


no need to physically put it in the cell, just enter the numbers normally
and it will display the way you want
