Default How do I get First-Letter cap in a cell?

I'd like to be able to type names into a sheet quickly, and not have to hit
the cap on the first letter. I can't figure out how to do this. I'd like to
somehow set-up a cell so that whenever someone types in it the first letter
of the text is capped. Thanks.
