Populate time by using a drop down

Hi,

I'm in the process of automating a daily count sheet. What I want is: If I
select a particular activity from a drop down it should give me the system
time; basically it would help to calculate how much time a person has spent
on that activity.

Eg:
If I select Activity A from the drop down it should give me the system time.
