Displaying Drop-Down Menu Options

I have created a number of drop-down menu lists. I want to let users of the
spreadsheet know that there is a drop-down option there by displaying the
"drop-down arrow" on the face of Excel, rather than only finding it when they
move to that particular cell. How can I do this?

Just colour the cells and let them know that.

You've added a drop down using the Data Validation feature. If you want the
drop down to always be visible you should replace that with a combo box from
the Forms toolbar.
