Right/Left Justify within a cell
Is there a way to 'justify' text within a cell (meaning, that several cells
in a column, with text in them, align like they would if you 'justify' them in Word)? Thanks! ~judi |
Right/Left Justify within a cell
Exactly the same as Word on the Formatting Toolbar

Okay, so I'm not stupid...really! I just went in and customized my toolbar,
and put that button there. Thank you for letting me have my moment of 'stupid.' ~j "Toppers" wrote: Exactly the same as Word on the Formatting Toolbar "Judi" wrote: Is there a way to 'justify' text within a cell (meaning, that several cells in a column, with text in them, align like they would if you 'justify' them in Word)? Okay, problem is, I have this template that someone else created (I HATE
that!), and when I went in to type my paragraph, attempting to underline everything, it underlined everything, but word by word. So instead of doing it that way, I typed in each line on a separate line. Maybe what I need to do is fix the problem of the underlining. Then, I can put my paragraph into one cell, and justify it like I want to. Any tips? ~j "Toppers" wrote: Exactly the same as Word on the Formatting Toolbar "Judi" wrote: Is there a way to 'justify' text within a cell (meaning, that several cells in a column, with text in them, align like they would if you 'justify' them in Word)? If you type in a cell and then underline, it should underline the whole text,
not each word. In theory...yes. But if I then go and 'justify' that cell, in pulling apart
the text so that it is all justified, it underlines every word individually. So, in essence, I don't think I can have my cake and eat it too. I can't have one large cell (containing a paragraph, wrapped text), have it underlined, AND have it justify. Too bad for me. ~j "Toppers" wrote: If you type in a cell and then underline, it should underline the whole text, not each word.
