Using mouse to select a single cell within the worksheet
Using Excel 2007, it seems every time I select a cell (as in a single cell),
it selects the one I clicked on and the three below it. So, if I wan't to select a cell and right-click to clear the contents of the cell....it clears the three below it as well. I can't seem to get it to stop selecting four at a time. To make it worse, it sometime selects the two columns worth of data. I've tried rebooting, working with a different document, working with a different mouse (laptop fingermouse, external wireless, external wired). This makes it so difficult to work with my expensive new office software that I will either have to uninstall it or use Open Office. |

I would look for any add-ins or COM add-ins that are responding to a cell
selection event. -- Cordially, Chip Pearson Microsoft MVP - Excel Pearson Software Consulting www.cpearson.com (email on the web site) "Mike B." wrote in message ...
